“A Colour Atlas of AIDS” was written by a team of physicians involved in AIDS research in Britain. It describes in words and colour photographs all aspects of the disease from epidemiology to transmission and prevention. This revised and updated second edition takes into account the developments and advances in medical knowledge and research. All sections have been expanded with particular emphasis on paediatric AIDS, oral manifestations, the effect of AIDS on the central nervous system and newer, more reliable tests which have been introduced since the publication of the first editon. The book includes a new section on tropical AIDS.
