About the Author
Shayamal Vallabhjee was born in Durban, South Africa. He is a sports scientist with a master’s in Psychology. He has spent the past two decades working with Olympians, professional sports teams, corporate executives, patients, and children. Having lived as a monk in the Hare Krsna Temple, he now draws on learnings from ancient spiritual practices in combination with evidence-based science to help motivate and inspire people.
