The book is a compilation of some of the presentations which were made during the 13th and 14th India Probiotic Symposia, organized by the Gut Microbiota and Probiotic Science Foundation (India).The annual symposia under the leadership of Professor Nirmal Kumar Ganguly are curated to bring to India the latest science of gut microbiota and probiotics, from across the globe.
